Fares, Rules and Seat Inventory. Delta, in its sole discretion, shall establish and publish all fares and related tariff rules for all seats, cargo and freight on the Aircraft, including fares and rules for local traffic in the city pairs served by such Aircraft. In addition, Delta will control all seat inventory and revenue management decisions for the Aircraft.
