Common use of Farm Credit Equities Clause in Contracts

Farm Credit Equities. The Borrower shall have purchased the Farm Credit Equities as set forth on Schedule 4.01(h), consistent with Section 5.12, pursuant to the agreements identified in Schedule 4.01(h) (substantially in the form agreed by the applicable Farm Credit Lender and the Borrower).
