Farm Operations Insurance. A farm operations policy of insurance may be used to satisfy the above subsections H(1) through H(3), provided that the coverage complies with the substance of those subsections. The insurance provider shall be required by the Tenant to notify the Landlord in writing of any change to, or cancellation of, such policy within ten days of such action. Evidence of such insurance shall be delivered to the Landlord upon execution of this Lease, and annually by May 15th of each year thereafter.
