Fascia Signs. i. the total fascia sign area shall cover no more than ten percent (10%) of the wall on which the sign is affixed with proportional allocation for each business premise in case of multiple occupancy buildings. ii. in the case of multiple occupancy buildings, the number of fascia signs shall be determined based on a formula of one (1) sign per business premise plus two (2) additional signs. iii. in the case of business and professional offices, the number of fascia signs shall be limited to three (3).
