Façade Grant Clause Samples
A Façade Grant clause establishes the terms under which financial assistance is provided to property owners for the improvement or restoration of a building’s exterior. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, the scope of work covered (such as painting, repairs, or architectural enhancements), and the process for applying and receiving funds. By specifying these details, the clause encourages property upgrades, enhances neighborhood aesthetics, and supports community revitalization efforts.
