FCC Authorizations and Other Matters. Seller will promptly execute any necessary applications for renewal of FCC Authorizations necessary for the operation of the Station as presently conducted and will use reasonable efforts to cooperate with Buyer in any other respect in which Buyer may reasonably request in order to enhance, protect, preserve or maintain the Station Assets and/or the business and operation of the Station.
