FCC-MANDATED OBLIGATIONS. (A) Licensee and Clearwire are familiar with the FCC Rules affecting secondary markets for spectrum and the provision of EBS, the Communications Act of 1934, as amended ("COMMUNICATIONS ACT"), the Code of Federal Regulations, and all other applicable FCC Rules, and agree to comply with all such laws and regulations.
