Common use of FCC Reports/Files Clause in Contracts

FCC Reports/Files. Copies of all documents required by the FCC to be maintained by the Seller relating to the operation of the Station, including but not limited to, the local public inspection files, and all books of account (other than those covered by section 2.2.5), logs, and records necessary for the Buyer's operation of the Station;
