FCI Handling Fee Sample Clauses
The FCI Handling Fee clause defines the charges imposed by a Factor Chain International (FCI) member for processing and managing receivables transactions. Typically, this fee is calculated as a percentage of the invoice value or as a fixed amount per transaction, and it covers administrative tasks such as credit assessment, collection, and reporting. By clearly outlining the costs associated with factoring services, this clause ensures transparency for all parties and helps allocate the administrative expenses involved in international trade finance.
