FDIC Insurance. For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.
FDIC Insurance. The deposits of each Subsidiary Bank of the Borrower are insured by the FDIC and no act has occurred which would adversely affect the status of such Subsidiary Bank as an FDIC insured bank.
FDIC Insurance. The FDIC is an independent agency created by the United States Congress that provides deposit insurance to depositors in commercial banks and savings institutions legally chartered to offer banking services in the United States. FDIC deposit insurance is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government. FDIC deposit insurance covers the depositors of a failed FDIC insured depository institution dollar-for- dollar, principal plus any interest accrued, through the date of a bank failure, up to at least the then current Standard Maximum Deposit Insurance Amount, or “SMDIA,” as determined by the FDIC. As of July 17, 2019, the SMDIA is $250,000 per depositor, per ownership category. FDIC Insurance. Borrower shall cause each Subsidiary bank to maintain federal deposit insurance and to be a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
FDIC Insurance. The deposits of each Financial Institution Subsidiary that is an “insured depository institution” (within the meaning of § 12 U. S. C. 1831(c)) are insured by the FDIC and no act has occurred that would adversely affect the status of such Financial Institution Subsidiary as an FDIC insured bank.
FDIC Insurance. The Deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation through the Bank Insurance Fund and the Savings Association Insurance Fund to the extent permitted by law, and all premiums and assessments required to be paid in connection therewith have been paid when due by Seller.
FDIC Insurance. The deposits held by each Bank Subsidiary of the Borrower are insured by the FDIC to the maximum extent permitted by applicable federal law and no event, act or omission has occurred which would adversely affect the status of any Bank Subsidiary as an FDIC-insured bank.
FDIC Insurance. When you have registered and loaded your Card, the money credited to your Card will be held in a custodial account at the Bank on your behalf. The amount of money in this custodial account is insured to the maximum limit provided by the FDIC. If you do not register your Card with us, any funds credited to your Card will not be insured by the FDIC. Green Dot Bank also operates under the brands GoBank and Bonneville Bank. Deposits under any of these trade names are deposits with a single FDIC-insured bank, Green Dot Bank, and are aggregated for deposit insurance coverage.
FDIC Insurance. The deposits of Bank are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”) up to applicable limits, and to the best of Bank’s Knowledge, no proceeding is contemplated to revoke such insurance.
FDIC Insurance. All funds associated with the Card shall be held in an account with the Issuer for your benefit, with the balance of such funds to be reduced through your use of such funds or through the imposition of fees and other charges in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you have provided us with the personal information described in the paragraph above labeled “Important Information about Opening a New Card Account,” then such funds are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) up to the maximum amount specified by FDIC regulations.
