Access Rights. Upon reasonable notice and supervision by the Granting Party, and subject to any required or necessary regulatory approvals, either the Connecting Transmission Owner or Developer (“Granting Party”) shall furnish to the other of those two Parties (“Access Party”) at no cost any rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements with respect to lands owned or controlled by the Granting Party, its agents (if allowed under the applicable agency agreement), or any Affiliate, that are necessary to enable the Access Party to obtain ingress and egress at the Point of Interconnection to construct, operate, maintain, repair, test (or witness testing), inspect, replace or remove facilities and equipment to: (i) interconnect the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System; (ii) operate and maintain the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities and the New York State Transmission System; and (iii) disconnect or remove the Access Party’s facilities and equipment upon termination of this Agreement. In exercising such licenses, rights of way and easements, the Access Party shall not unreasonably disrupt or interfere with normal operation of the Granting Party’s business and shall adhere to the safety rules and procedures established in advance, as may be changed from time to time, by the Granting Party and provided to the Access Party. The Access Party shall indemnify the Granting Party against all claims of injury or damage from third parties resulting from the exercise of the access rights provided for herein.

In exercising such licenses, rights of way and easements, the Access Party shall not unreasonably disrupt or interfere with normal operation of the Granting Party’s business and shall adhere to the safety rules and procedures established in advance, as may be changed from time to time, by the Granting Party and provided to the Access Party.
Access Rights. Each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other Interconnected Entity access to areas under its control as reasonably necessary to permit the other Interconnected Entity to perform its obligations under this Appendix 2, including operation and maintenance obligations. An Interconnected Entity that obtains such access shall comply with all safety rules applicable to the area to which access is obtained. Each Interconnected Entity agrees to inform the other Interconnected Entity’s representatives of safety rules applicable to an area.

Access Rights. Buyer, its authorized agents, employees and inspectors may, on reasonable advance notice (which no case shall be less than three (3) Business Days) visit the Project during normal business hours for purposes reasonably connected with this Agreement or the exercise of any and all rights secured to Buyer by Law, or its tariff schedules, PG&E Interconnection Handbook, Electric Rule 21, and rules on file with the CPUC. In connection with the foregoing, Buyer, its authorized agents, employees and inspectors must (i) at all times adhere to all safety and security procedures as may be required by Seller; (ii) not interfere with the operation of the Project; and (iii) unless waived in writing by Seller, be escorted by a representative of Seller. Buyer shall make reasonable efforts to coordinate its emergency activities with the Safety and Security Departments, if any, of the Project operator. Seller shall keep Buyer advised of current procedures for contacting the Project operator’s Safety and Security Departments.
Access Rights. Upon Axon granting Agency a TASER 7 Axon Evidence subscription, Agency may access and use Axon Evidence for the storage and management of data from TASER 7 CEW devices during the TASER 7 Subscription Term. Agency may not upload any non-TASER 7 data or any other files to Axon Evidence. Agency may not exceed the number of end users than the Quote specifies.

In exercising such licenses, rights of way and easements, the Access Party shall not unreasonably disrupt or interfere with normal operation of the Granting Party’s business and shall adhere to the safety rules and procedures established in advance, as may be changed from time to time, by the Granting Party and provided to the Access Party. The Access Party shall indemnify the Granting Party against all claims of injury or damage from third parties resulting from the exercise of the access rights provided for herein.
Access Rights. Buyer, its authorized agents, employees and inspectors, have, while observing and abiding by safety and security procedures of the Parties and Seller’s Affiliate, the right of ingress to and egress from the Project, including the Site(s) with reasonable advance Notice and for any purposes reasonably connected with this Agreement. Buyer shall make reasonable efforts to request from Seller access during normal business hours and to coordinate its emergency activities with the safety and security departments, if any, of the Project operator and/or Seller’s Affiliate. Seller shall keep Buyer advised of current procedures for contacting the Project operator’s and/or Seller’s Affiliate safety and security departments.

Upon reasonable notice and supervision by the Granting Party, and subject to any required or necessary regulatory approvals, either the Connecting Transmission Owner or Developer (“Granting Party”) shall furnish to the other of those two Parties (“Access Party”) at no cost (except as may be otherwise provided for in the agreements described in Appendix C or any amendments thereto) any rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements with respect to lands owned or controlled by the Granting Party, its agents (if allowed under the applicable agency agreement), or any Affiliate, that are necessary to enable the Access Party to obtain ingress and egress at the Point of Interconnection to construct, operate, maintain, repair, test (or witness testing), inspect, replace or remove facilities and equipment to: (i) interconnect the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System; (ii) operate and maintain the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities and the New York State Transmission System; and (iii) disconnect or remove the Access Party’s facilities and equipment upon termination of this Agreement. Subject to the provisions of, and except as may be otherwise provided in the agreements described in Appendix C or any amendments thereto, in exercising such licenses, rights of way and easements, the Access Party shall not unreasonably disrupt or interfere with normal operation of the Granting Party’s business and shall adhere to the safety rules and procedures established in advance, as may be changed from time to time, by the Granting Party and provided to the Access Party, and shall indemnify the Granting Party against all claims of injury or damage from third parties resulting from the exercise of the access rights provided for herein.
