Common use of FEASIBILITY REPORT Clause in Contracts

FEASIBILITY REPORT. 9.1 A Feasibility Report shall only be prepared with the approval of the Management Committee. The Operator shall provide copies of the completed Feasibility Report to each of the Parties forthwith upon receipt. 9.2 The Management Committee shall meet at reasonable intervals and times to review the Feasibility Report and discuss whether the establishing of a Mine and bringing the Property into Commercial Production in accordance with the Feasibility Report is feasible or desirable. 9.3 If the Operator has not provided copies of a completed Feasibility Report to each of the Parties with an Interest by the fifth anniversary of this Agreement, any Party whose Interest is not less than 20% and if there is more than one, the Party with the greatest Interest, may prepare a Feasibility Report at its own expense (the "Non-Operator's Feasibility Report") and submit it to the Management Committee.
