Features and Functionality. The program (the “Wal-Mart Visa Gift Card Program”) and the Cards shall have the features, functionality and/or capabilities as Bank may determine from time to time. As of the Launch Date, the Parties agree that Cardholders may use Cards to make purchases at any location that accepts debit Visa Cards for payment (excluding automated fuel dispensers) in the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and United States territories, in signature-based transactions. Subject to Bank’s ownership of, and exclusive right to make changes to, the Wal-Mart Program, Servicer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Wal-Mart Prepaid Cards continue to lead innovation by carrying highly competitive features and capabilities viewed as a whole.
Features and Functionality. 3.1. During the Subscription Term and provided all fees rela- ting to Customer’s Subscription have been paid, Customer shall be entitled to access and use the Cloud Services as specified herein.
3.2. The features, functionalities and specifications of the Cloud Services are documented and described in the Pro- duct Documentation & Support Terms.
3.3. Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that due to the constant and on-going development and enhancement of the Cloud Services in order to maintain quality standards, but also in light of technical or business developments, XO- VIS may at its sole discretion at any point in time change, update, expand and/or modify the Cloud Services and its features and functionalities, change or modify the support terms related to the Cloud Services, and/or discontinue the distribution, subscription or availability of certain parts, mo- dules, editions of or the entire Cloud Service. As a conse- quence, XOVIS shall, upon prior notification to Customer but at its sole discretion, be entitled to unilaterally modify the System Requirements, Product Documentation & Support Terms and the Terms of Use/Acceptable Use Policy. In any such event Customer may under certain circumstances be entitled to terminate its Customer Subscription as per sec- tion 20.4 b.
Features and Functionality. (a) Not all features and functions of the hSo: Voice Service(s) are available in all locations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the features and functions you require are available to you in the location you require them.

You must not violate any law or the rights of any individual or entity, and must not expose Facebook or Facebook users to harm or legal liability as determined by us in our sole discretion. In particular you will (if applicable): comply with the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), and obtain any opt-in consent necessary from users so that user data subject to the VPPA may be shared on Facebook. 3. You must not circumvent (or claim to circumvent) our intended limitations on core Facebook features and functionality.
4. If you offer a service for a user that integrates user data into a physical product (such as a scrapbook or calendar), you must only create a physical product for that user’s personal and non-commercial use.
5. If you exceed, or plan to exceed, any of the following thresholds please contact us as you may be subject to additional terms: (>5M MAU) or (>100M API calls per day) or (>50M impressions per day).
6. Your app or website must offer an explicit “Log Out” option.
7. Special provision for apps on Pages: When a user visits your Page, if they have not given explicit permission by authorizing your Facebook app or directly providing information to your Page, you may only use information obtained from us and the user’s interaction with your Page in connection with that Page. For example, although you may use aggregate analytics for your individual Page, you must not combine information from any other sources to customize the user’s experience on your Page and may not use any information about the user’s interaction with your Page in any other context (such as analytics or customization across other Pages or websites).
8. You must not use or make derivative use of Facebook icons, or use terms for Facebook features and functionality, if such use could confuse users into thinking that the reference is to Facebook features or functionality.
9. Mobile Web Apps that are running within the Facebook iOS app must not accept payments. In particular, these apps must not reference, use, or otherwise encourage the use of Facebook Payments or other non-iOS approved payment methods.

As a consequence, Navus shall, upon prior notification to Customer but at its sole discretion, be entitled to unilaterally modify any of the documents specified in section 1.2, subsections c, d, f and g. In any such event Customer may under certain circumstances be entitled to terminate its Customer Subscription as per section 22.4 b.
