Federal Agency Approvals. The Borrower (i) will maintain its status as a FHA Approved Mortgagee, remain eligible to obtain VA guaranties of Mortgage Loans and remain approved by each Federal Agency as a seller/servicer and (ii) will not permit any Federal Agency which insures any material portion of the Mortgage Loans owned or serviced by the Borrower to withdraw its approval of the Borrower.
