Federal Bankruptcy Act. Pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. Section 1110, or any analogous section of the Federal bankruptcy laws, as amended from time to time, it is hereby expressly agreed and provided that, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Federal bankruptcy laws, as amended from time to time, the title of Lessor to the Aircraft, Airframe and each Engine and any right of Lessor to take possession of the Aircraft, Airframe and each Engine in compliance with the provisions of this Lease shall not be affected by the provisions of the Federal bankruptcy laws, as amended from time to time.
