Federal Certifications. To the extent that they are applicable, Contractor further certifies that the Federal Certifications in Exhibit II and Exhibit III have been reviewed, and that Contractor is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein. Contractor must execute the forms and return to County prior to start of performance.
