Federal Customers Sample Clauses
The "Federal Customers" clause defines the specific terms and conditions that apply when the customer is a federal government entity. Typically, this clause outlines compliance with federal procurement regulations, such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and may address issues like data rights, audit requirements, or special contract provisions unique to government contracts. Federal Customers. The Services were developed solely at private expense and are “commercial services,” “commercial items,” “commercial computer software,” and “commercial computer software documentation,” as those terms are defined within Section 2.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”) and any applicable agency supplements to the FAR.
Federal Customers. The parties agree that the TouchShare Software is commercial computer software, which is licensed pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.212. If this Agreement is incorporated in a Federal contract containing the clause FAR 52.227-19, that clause shall be deemed incorporated herein.
