Federal Documents Sample Clauses
Federal Documents. For all public records requests for federal documents, including but not limited to, Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) or amendments thereto, the PARTIES agree to consult and work with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) or Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to address and resolve such requests. To the extent allowed by the Public Records Laws of each PARTY’s state, the PARTIES agree to consider and apply all federal laws, exemptions, and privileges that prohibit disclosure of such federal documents.
