Federal Enforcement Priorities. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any Subsidiary to, permit any of its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents or representatives to (a) engage in violence or the use of firearms (except as may be required or permitted for security purposes under applicable state law governing Marijuana Activities), or permit the use of violence or firearms, in the conduct of any Marijuana Activities, (b) grow or permit the growth of Marijuana on any public lands, or (c) possess or use, or permit the possession or use, of Marijuana on federal property.
