FEDERAL FUNDED PROJECT. If this Contract is funded in part by either the State of Texas or the federal government, Contractor agrees to timely comply without additional cost or expense to County, unless otherwise specified herein, with any statue, rule, regulation grant contract provision, or other state or federal law, rule, regulation, or other similar restriction that imposes additional or greater requirements than stated herein, and that is directly applicable to the services rendered under the terms of said Contract.
