Federal Funds Contract. The Agreement provides for the construction of certain improvements on behalf of the District identified as the Projects. If the Projects are funded in whole or in part by federal grant funds the Projects are subject to certain rules and regulations as may be contained in the regulations of the funding agency, in the federal common rule as set forth in 45 CFR Part 92, and in the grant award. Architect agrees to abide by all such rules and regulations as part of its basic services.
