Common use of Federal Funds Rate Clause in Contracts

Federal Funds Rate. For any period, a fluctuating interest rate per annum (based on a 360 day year) equal for each day during such period to the weighted average of the rates of interest charged on overnight federal funds transactions with member banks of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers on such day, as published for any day which is a Business Day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or, in the absence of such publication, as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent).
