Federal Grant Application. A. Assist the City with developing a draft electronic TIP funding application. City to submit preliminary TIP application to East-West Gateway by the January 2026 deadline (exact date to be confirmed).
B. Assist the City in incorporating East-West Gateway comments and suggestions on draft TIP funding application.
C. Assist the City with compiling the final electronic and paper submittal. City will submit the final electronic and paper funding application by the February 2026 deadline (exact date to be confirmed).
