Common use of Federal Incentive for Recovery of Medical Assistance Payments Clause in Contracts

Federal Incentive for Recovery of Medical Assistance Payments. The Department shall pay the CSA the 15 percent (15%) Federal incentive rate earned for the recovery of Medical Assistance payments under the Medical Support Liability program. The 15% rate may be increased or decreased during the term of this Contract to reflect any applicable changes in Federal law. Payment shall be made on the same schedule as administrative reimbursement.
