Federal Inspection Facilities. AUTHORITY shall designate areas in the Terminal Complex, or elsewhere on the Airport, to be used by agencies of the United States for the inspection of international passengers and their baggage, and for the exercise of the responsibilities of said agencies with respect to the movement of persons, property, and cargo to and from the United States.
