Common use of Federal Laws, Regulations, Requirements, and Guidance Clause in Contracts

Federal Laws, Regulations, Requirements, and Guidance. The Subrecipient agrees: (1) To comply with the requirements of 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 and other applicable federal laws, regulations, and requirements in effect now or later that affect its third party procurements; (2) To comply with the applicable U.S. DOT Common Rules; and

The Subrecipient agrees: (1) To comply with the requirements of 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 and other applicable federal laws, regulations, and requirements in effect now or later that affect its third party procurements; (2) To comply with the applicable U.S. DOT Common Rules; and (3) To follow the most recent edition and any revisions of FTA Circular 4220.1, “Third Party Contracting Guidance,” to the extent consistent with applicable federal laws, regulations, requirements, and guidance.
