Common use of Federal Recovery Clause in Contracts

Federal Recovery. The close-out of a Federal Award does not affect the right of the Federal Awarding Agency or the State to disallow costs and recover funds on the basis of a later audit or other review. Any cost disallowance recovery is to be made within the Record Retention Period, as defined below.
