Common use of Federal, State or Municipal Claims Clause in Contracts

Federal, State or Municipal Claims. Each Grantor will promptly notify the Agents of any Collateral which constitutes a claim against the United States government or any state or local government or any instrumentality or agency thereof having an individual fair market value in excess of $2,000,000, the assignment of which claim is restricted by federal, state or municipal law.
