Common use of Federal Tax Reports Clause in Contracts

Federal Tax Reports. On or before December 15 of each year during which any Securities are outstanding, the Company shall furnish to each Paying Agent such information as may be reasonably requested by each Paying Agent in order that each Paying Agent may prepare the information which it is required to report for such year on Internal Revenue Service Forms 1096 and 1099 pursuant to Section 6049 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Such information shall include the amount of original issue discount includible in income for each authorized minimum denomination of principal amount at Stated Maturity of outstanding Securities during such year.
