Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §13-10-91, the County cannot enter into a contract for the physical performance of services unless the Contractor, its Subcontractor(s) and sub- subcontractor(s), as that term is defined by state law, register and participate in the Federal Work Authorization Program to verify specific information on all new employees.
