"Federally Guaranteed" Obligations. The Company covenants and agrees not to take any action, or knowingly omit to take any action within its control, that, if taken or omitted, respectively, would cause the Bonds to be "federally guaranteed" within the meaning of section 149(b) of the Code and applicable regulations thereunder, except as permitted by section 149(b)(3) of the Code and such regulations.
