Federally Required Contract Provisions. The Subrecipient shall insert the relevant contract provisions found in Appendix II of 2 CFR Part 200 (or, for HHS awards: Appendix II of 45 CFR Part 75) (“Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards”) into all contracts into which it enters while expending the Subaward. The County has provided a copy of such Federally Required Contract Provisions, which are attached as “Exhibit D.”
