FedRAMP. Google Cloud Platform received a FedRAMP Moderate Provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) from the Joint Authorization Board (JAB). Google, Reseller, and Distributor are not liable for any damages, claims, or causes of action that arise from the loss of or failure to maintain the ATO. Customer’s sole remedy in connection with the loss or failure to maintain the ATO will be Customer's ability to terminate use of Provider’s Google Cloud Platform Service.
