Common use of Fee and Expenses Paid Clause in Contracts

Fee and Expenses Paid. There shall have been paid to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Agents and the Lenders (including any Person becoming a Lender as part of such Facilities Increase on such Facilities Increase Date), as applicable, all fees and expenses (including Attorney Costs of the Agents) due and payable on or before the Facilities Increase Date (including all such fees described in the Fee Letters).
