FEE AND GUARANTEE RESERVE. A. As partial payment for the administrative services provided by USA Funds for the Lender and in order for USA Funds to maintain a Guarantee Reserve sufficient to Guarantee Loans in accordance with this Agreement USA Funds will charge to the Lender and the Lender may charge each Borrower a Guarantee Fee which fee shall not exceed the amount allowable under the Loan Program.
