Common use of Fee Disputes Clause in Contracts

Fee Disputes. (a) If you reasonably believe that an invoice contains an error, and you wish to dispute an invoice, you must: (i) notify us before the due date of the invoice; (ii) pay all undisputed fees on the invoice; and (iii) provide detailed information about any disputed fees. (b) We will not suspend or terminate any Services for non-payment of the disputed fees while the dispute is being investigated, provided you have complied with clause 5.7(a). (c) Our records are prima facie evidence of fees owing and paid.
