Common use of Fee for New Agreement Clause in Contracts

Fee for New Agreement. To obtain a new franchise agreement upon the expiration of this Agreement, you must pay us the Renewal Fee per Territory, Standard or Small Market, specified in paragraph 4.4, if any.
