Common use of Fee for Services; Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Fee for Services; Reimbursement. (1) On or before the 15th day after the end of each calendar month during the Initial Term hereof, as defined Section 4(b) below, Services Provider shall deliver to Owner an invoice for the costs and expenses described in Section 4(a)(2) below relating to such calendar month. Upon request, Services Provider shall also provide Owner reasonably detailed documentation to support such costs and expenses.
