Common use of FEE & PAYMENT PROCESS Clause in Contracts

FEE & PAYMENT PROCESS. For the full and faithful performance of all professional consultant services required by this Agreement and as outlined in EXHIBIT A, the Owner agrees to pay the Consultant compensation for time and material not to exceed, the amount of: Compensation shall be paid by monthly progress payments based on completed time and material services percentage. Completed services percentage shall be verified and approved by Owner’s representative. No additional monies, fees or compensation shall be paid by the Owner without an approved and fully executed amendment, as outlined in ARTICLE 12 of this Agreement. Upon acceptance by the Consultant of the final fee payment under the terms of this Agreement and any applicable amendments, addenda, extensions, supplements, modifications, waivers or alterations to this Agreement, the Consultant waives any and all claims for any additional fees under this Agreement.
