Fee Payment. (a) (Payment): The Applicant shall pay any Fee before the later of the Payment Date applicable to that Fee and the date being 20 business days subsequent to receipt of the Payment Claim for that Fee. (b) (Interest): The Applicant shall pay interest on any Fee or other amount that is not paid on or prior to the due Payment Date for that Fee at the rate of 12% per annum, to accrue from day to day from the due Payment Date down to and including the actual date of payment in full.
