Common use of Fee Payments by Owner Clause in Contracts

Fee Payments by Owner. In consideration of City’s entering into this Agreement and authorizing the development and operation of the Project, the requirements for City services created by the Project, the City insuring Developers compliance with this Agreement, California medical marijuana laws and the City’s municipal ordinances, throughout the Term of this Agreement, Owner shall make the following payments to City:
