Common use of Fee Warrant Clause in Contracts

Fee Warrant. ClearCommerce warrants that the amounts payable ----------- hereunder by HP are no greater than those for any other licensee under similar terms and conditions, and ClearCommerce agrees to pass on to HP the lowest rate or price it has given to such other licensee, commencing effectively on the date it so grants the lower rate or price to any other licensee.
