Feedstock Supplemented. If, during the Phase One Term, the mine source (feedstock) changes from the initial mine site, or if the initial mine source (feedstock) is supplemented with another mine site, Supplier shall notify GM immediately and shall work with GM to ensure that the responsible sourcing standards set forth in this Section 8 are incorporated at all additional mine site(s).
