Fees and Adjustments. Element Critical invoices Fees monthly in advance except for usage based services which are invoiced monthly in arrears. Fees for installation or other non-recurring charges will be billed upon the Order execution date. During the term specified in the Order and any automatic renewal Term, Services are subject to an annual rate increase equal to the greater of (i) 3% or (ii) the annual percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by the U.S. Department of Labor (U.S. City Average β All Urban Consumers).
