Common use of Fees and Charges Clause in Contracts

Fees and Charges. 2.1 Charges and details concerning your plan for the Product are stated on your Order. If you select an annual or multi-year plan, NCR Voyix may increase rates once per calendar year (including during the Initial Term), provided however that each annual increase will not exceed the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Items (urban consumers) plus 2% (but in no event will the increase be less than 2%); otherwise, rates and fees are subject to change at any time with 30 days’ written notice to the email address on file. All fees and charges are due and payable in US dollars. Fees and charges do not include, and you will be charged for, applicable shipping, sales, use and like taxes. You agree to pay all recurring fees and charges for the Products whether or not you actually make use of the Products during the applicable plan term.
