Fees and Commissions. Prior to this Agreement being valid, and service to begin: A. The Service Provider must receive a purchase order from the Funding Source (as defined in Appendix A hereto) to cover the following fees as exhibited in Appendix C of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3937. B. The Customer billing contact information and Funding Source contact information must be provided on Exhibit A (attached).
