Common use of Fees and Costs of Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Fees and Costs of Enforcement. If either party to this Contract shall enforce any of the provisions hereof in any action at law or in equity, the prevailing party to such litigation shall be entitled to recover from the other party or parties all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred therein.
