Common use of Fees and Expenses of Administration Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses of Administration. As consideration for its administrative services to the Plan and for performing its duties hereunder, the Custodian shall be entitled to reasonable fees and to reimbursement of all reasonable expenses, including legal expenses, incurred in the rendering of such services and the performance of such duties, in accordance with any schedule of fees in effect at that time, as the Custodian may determine from time to time.
