Fees and Expenses of Custodian. The Custodian shall charge such fees for its services under this Custodial Agreement as are set forth in a separate agreement between the Custodian and the Borrower, the payment of which fees, together with the Custodian's expenses in connection herewith, shall be solely the obligation of the Borrower.
