Fees and Expenses of Lenders. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders (and their Affiliates) shall have received all fees and expenses required to be paid by the Borrower on or before the Closing Date, or provision for payment with proceeds of the initial extensions of credit hereunder shall have been made by the Borrower.
